These Psychedelic Lived Experiences - Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Psychedelic Lived Experiences website, services, digital products, and the Psychedelic Lived Experiences Summit (“Summit”), operated by Xperimental Solutions. By accessing or using our website or services, registering for the Summit, purchasing a Summit pass, or accessing Summit content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Paid Summit passes provide the access and benefits described on the Summit registration or purchase page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your selected payment method.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, where required, will be disclosed and charged at checkout.
We may change prices or offerings at any time before purchase. Any subsequent price change will not affect a purchase that has already been completed.
All purchases of paid Summit passes and digital products are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.
Before completing a purchase, you are responsible for reviewing the Summit dates, schedule, pass benefits, access period, pricing and currency, technical requirements, and these Terms.

If you experience an access problem, you must contact us at contact@psychedeliclivedexperiences.com and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
A temporary interruption, technical problem, or inability to access a live session does not entitle you to a refund where we restore access, provide reasonable technical assistance, or make substantially equivalent content available on demand within a reasonable period.
Failure to use your Summit access during the applicable access period does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or extension.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If you believe a charge was made in error or that you did not receive access included with your purchase, please contact us at contact@psychedeliclivedexperiences.com before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback or other payment dispute does not create a right to a refund where one does not otherwise exist under these Terms or applicable law.
If a payment is disputed, we may provide Stripe, the applicable payment network, financial institution, or card issuer with information reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute, including transaction records, confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms, communications relating to the purchase, and records demonstrating that Summit access or digital content was provided or made available, subject to applicable privacy law.
We may make reasonable changes to the events schedule, session format, speakers, moderators, programming, technology platforms, or other event details where necessary.
Changes to individual speakers, sessions, or scheduling do not by themselves entitle a purchaser to a refund, except where required by applicable law.
If an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, we will communicate the options available to affected pass holders, including any refund or replacement-access rights that apply.
Access provided through an event or Summit pass is personal, individual, and non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise.
Summit Standard, Supporter, and Scholarship Pass holders receive the access described for their applicable pass, including access to eligible Summit recordings for the stated access period. For the 2026 Summit, on-demand access is provided for 6 months beginning with the Summit, subject to these Terms.
Summit videos and other protected content are provided for personal viewing and use only. You may not share access credentials or reproduce, download, record, redistribute, republish, sell, or otherwise make Summit content available to others unless we expressly authorize it in writing.
